This is the first step to getting your portal set up. 

You will have needed to contact the sales team first in order for your account to be set up.


Activating the QPortal

To activate the portal link navigate to 'Portal > Portal Settings' then click 'Configure Link'


If you can’t see the Portal option? View KB article – Enable Portal Options

Now enter the User Credentials:

  • Email Address - Supplied at sign up.
  • Password - Set on sign up.
  • Activation Key - This can be found on your welcome email.

Then click 'Next'

Confirmation of the activation will appear on screen and via email. 

Once received the user can start to sync payroll data to the portal.
