People's Pension Direct - Retrieve Opt Outs

Before continuing with submissions, you must configure the Qtac software for People's Pension integration - https://support.qtac.co.uk/support/solutions/articles/17000140916-people-s-pension-direct-setup-link

Retrieving opt outs from People's Pension

1. Prior to running payroll, you should retrieve employee opt outs from People's Pension, allowing Qtac to action them during your payroll run
2. Go to 'Auto Enrolment' > 'People's Pension Direct' > 'Retrieve Opt Outs' 
3. Select the pay frequency and tax period you would like to send and click 'Submit' 
4. If there are no opts out to retrieve you will receive the below message, otherwise it will report as successful where opt out's have been retrieved
