Retrieving opt outs from People's Pension
- Prior to running payroll, you should retrieve employee opt outs from People's Pension, allowing Qtac to action them during your payroll run
- Go to 'Auto Enrolment' > 'People's Pension Direct' > 'Retrieve Opt Outs'
- Select the pay frequency and tax period you would like to send and click 'Submit'
- If there are no opts out to retrieve you will receive the below message, otherwise it will report as successful where opt out's have been retrieved
