Monthly to Weekly
1. Ensure that the date you switch from Monthly to Weekly is on Week 25, 18 September-24 September
(This is the closest window where you can make the switch. This will allow you to move to a weekly payroll after processing Month 6 September)
2. Once you have completed Month 6 September, you can now change the pay frequencies for your employees. To change this, go to:
Right-click an employee > Employee Maintenance > Pay Rates:
Then Add Rate > Select Weekly from the drop down box > Input the Effective Date as 18/09/2023 > Select your Calculation type, input the Std Hours and Rate Per Hour > and depending on how you want to process the pay, tick or untick Salaried (Unticked will allow you to adjust the Hours worked and Rate when performing an Open & Pay) > Save Rate > Save.
From this point on, your employees will be paid Weekly.
Weekly to Monthly
Please note: Week 26 (28 September - 4 October) is the last weekly window where you can swap from Weekly Pay to Monthly Pay.
To change from Weekly to Monthly please follow the guide below:
1. Process Week 26 for your employees.
2. Once you have completed Week 26, you can now change the pay frequency for your employees. To change this, go to:

Then Add Rate > Select Monthly from the drop-down box > Input the Effective Date as 28/09/2023 > Select your Calculation type, input the Std Hours and Rate Per Hour > and depending on how you want to process the pay, tick or untick Salaried (Unticked will allow you to adjust the Hours worked and Rate when performing an Open & Pay) > Save Rate > Save.
