Your New Payroll Dashboard 

 

Setting up your payroll dashboard account   

 

Once your employer has setup an account, you will be sent an email from noreply@qtac.co.uk with an activation link in the body of the message. 




You will need to fill out a login creation page, which looks like the following. This allows the user to input a password (must contain an uppercase letter, a number and a special character ()!@#$&*).




Once you have created an account, you will be lead to a process complete message.


 

You will now be able to log into your online dashboard on any internet enabled device.

 



Employee Dashboard – Overview

  

The employee dashboard is your home to the portal. From the dashboard you can print your payslips, P60’s, P45 and view your personal information.

                 

Viewing Payslips

 

You are able to view your 10 most recent payslips or reports directly from the employee dashboard. Here you can see a summary of your recent payslips which have been synced up with the Portal. To view all payslips that have been synced, select the ‘Payments’ tab.

You are able to view your P60’s direct from your employee dashboard.




Personal Information  

 

The Personal Information page shows you some of the information that the payroll processor holds about you. You can find this by clicking on the edit button. If you have the permissions you can edit this information.


                   



Payments  

The Payments page shows all of you a summary of all the payslips that have been uploaded to the QPortal, from here you can also go in and view each




FAQ

 

Who do I speak to about help with the Portal? 

You will need to speak to your payroll contact in your business.


I can’t see my payslips on the Portal? 

It is likely that your payslips haven’t yet been uploaded. Either wait till your usual payslip date for these to be uploaded or speak to your payroll contact to requst these be uploaded.


I haven’t received my activation email yet? 

Check your mailbox or spam/junk items in order to find the latest account activation request. If you still can’t find it ask your payroll contact.


What should I do if I forget my password? 

On the Log In screen of the Portal there is an option ‘I’ve forgotten my password’ this will send you an email to reset your account password.


How do I see my P45? 

If you have a P45 uploaded to your Portal there will be a new option on the Dashboard to ‘View P45’. If you would like to keep this information we suggest you download the documents from the Portal.   


What happens if my Portal invite has expired? 

You can either request a new invite from your payroll contact or, you can go to the portal login page, enter your email then, enter any value into the password and this will automatically prompt the invite to be resent.
