It is possible for an employee to return from furlough and be re-furloughed at a later point in time. Qtac allows multiple furlough periods to be entered. 


Creating a new furlough period

Select the relevant employee and navigate to Employee >  Employee Maintenance, select ‘Furloughed’ from the Status drop down box.

 


Once Furloughed has been selected the Furlough History screen will appear, showing their previous furlough absence. 



Press ‘Add’ to create a new furlough period and complete the furlough period detail. For further information regarding the furlough period screen view our Setting an employee as furloughed article.
