Qtac requires the employees normal working hours to be supplied in order to calculate the furlough pay and job retention scheme claim when an employee is working under flexible furlough.



Setting Normal Working Hours

  • Select the relevant employee
  • Navigate to Employee > Employee Maintenance
  • Select 'View Furlough History'
  • If this is a new furlough period, select to add a new furlough period
  • If this is a continual furlough absence, select edit


Calculating Normal Working Hours

Work out your employee’s usual hours for an employee who is contracted for a fixed number of hours and whose pay does not vary according to the number of hours they work
