Qtac requires the employees normal working hours to be supplied in order to calculate the furlough pay and job retention scheme claim when an employee is working under flexible furlough.
Setting Normal Working Hours
- Select the relevant employee
- Naviate to Employee > Employee Maintenance
- Select 'View Furlough History'
- If this is a new furlough period, select to add a new furlough period
- If this is a continual furlough absence, select edit
