Qtac payroll software comes with a large range of reports.
When previewing the reports on your computer screen you are also given a selection of report controls. These allow you to perform tasks such as printing and exporting. These controls are pictured below with a description of their function.
On the Print Preview screen there are a number of options along the top:
‘Export’ button – this will allow you to export and save a report to your machine.
‘Print’ button – this will allow you to select the printer you want to print to.
‘Refresh’ button – this will refresh the report.
‘Toggle Parameter Panel’ – This will show the different selection panels down the left hand side of the report screen.
‘Toggle Group Tree’ – This will show the different grouping panels down the left hand side of the report screen.
‘Find Text’ – This will allow you to find/search for text on a report.
‘Zoom’ – this button allows you to zoom in and out of a report.
These options allow you to scroll through different pages of any report, if there is more than one page.
