This guide will walk you through storing your NEST Account Login details in QTAC for submissions.
Login credentials can be stored at three different levels within the QTAC software. The credentials can be stored at a database, bureau or company level.
Database Level
A login stored at database level will be used for every company in your database, unless a bureau or company NEST login exists. Database logins can be setup within Settings > Manage Database Account Logins.
Bureau Level
A login stored at bureau level will be used for every company which is assigned to that bureau, unless a company NEST login exists. Bureau logins can be setup within Settings > Manage Bureau Account Logins.
Company Level
A login stored at company level will only be used for that one company and will override any bureau or database NEST logins configured. Company logins can be setup within Company > Manage Company Account Logins.
